What is ZePay Money?

ZePay Money is a retailer toolkit for AEPS, MATM, money transfer, recharge, insurance and travel. Evyaparpay Financial Technologies Private Limited operates it from Lucknow.

Who can use ZePay at a shop counter?

Authorised merchants, distributors and BC agents use ZePay to serve walk-in customers. Onboarding needs KYC documents such as Aadhaar and PAN.

How do refunds work on failed payments?

If a wallet is debited but the service fails, ZePay follows NPCI and partner reversal timelines. Most failed rails reverse within a few working days. Write to risk@zepay.money for disputes.

Where do I download ZePay Money Agent?
